In my early twenties I was experiencing a long list of symptoms - fatigue, intense cravings, hair loss, bloating, constipation, inability to lose weight, high stress - so I sought out help from doctors and specialists. Each provider either shrugged their shoulders and told me this was just part of being a woman or pushed a prescription in my direction saying it was all they could do. After being diagnosed with PCOS and hypothyroidism and being fed up with the same response from healthcare providers, I decided I wanted a natural approach to reducing & reversing my symptoms.

In the course, I teach a specific healing diet that does include animal proteins along with sufficient nutritious carbohydrates and fats that I have honed and developed based on years of experience. It is very difficult for women to be as healthy as possible on a vegan or plant based diet, however, if you are unwilling to change this there is still a lot you can learn from this course.
